1. Provider Identification

2. Subject of the Service

Immigration Portal Portugal provides a digital service for the preparation, organization and follow-up of administrative procedures in Portugal, namely: • Obtaining a Tax Identification Number (NIF) from the Tax and Customs Authority (AT) • Registration with Social Security and obtaining a NISS • Registration as a patient of the National Health Service (SNS) • Assistance with filing the IRS tax return • Booking appointments with AIMA (Agency for Integration, Migration and Asylum) The service consists exclusively of administrative assistance and does not constitute legal, tax or immigration advice.

3. Access Conditions

To use the service, the user must: • Be 18 years of age or older • Provide truthful, current and complete information at registration • Keep access credentials secure and not share them with third parties • Not use the service for fraudulent or unlawful purposes Registration implies full acceptance of these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

4. Prices and Payments

Service prices are indicated on the platform at the time of purchase and include VAT at the legal rate in force. Available services: • NIF — €120 • NISS — €120 • SNS Patient Card — €100 • IRS Tax Return — €20 • Full Pack (NIF + NISS + SNS + IRS) — €299 • AIMA Booking — €15 Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and Multibanco. Access to the processing service is granted after payment confirmation.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

Under Decree-Law no. 24/2014 of February 14 (distance contracts), the user has the right to terminate the contract within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving any reason. Legal notice — loss of the right to terminate: If you request immediate performance of the service within the 14-day period, you expressly acknowledge that you will lose the right to terminate once the contract has been fully performed (Art. 17(1) of DL 24/2014). This acknowledgement is obtained at checkout. Refund policy: • Request cancelled before processing starts: full refund • Request rejected by an official authority for reasons not attributable to the user: full refund • Request rejected due to incorrect information provided by the user: no refund • Service partially performed: pro-rata refund, assessed on a case-by-case basis To request a refund: startportugal@portalimigracao.pt

6. User Obligations

The user undertakes to: • Provide authentic documentation and truthful information • Respond promptly to requests for additional information • Not submit requests on behalf of third parties without express authorization • Not attempt unauthorized access to internal platform systems • Not reproduce, copy or redistribute platform content without authorization Failure to comply with these obligations may result in suspension or cancellation of the account, without right to a refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

Immigration Portal Portugal is an assistance service and does not guarantee the outcome of procedures with official entities, since decisions fall within the exclusive competence of those entities. We are not responsible for: • Delays, refusals or decisions of public entities (AT, Social Security, SNS, AIMA) • Legislative or regulatory changes affecting ongoing procedures • Temporary unavailability of the IT systems of official entities • Indirect damages, lost profits or losses arising from use of the service Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific service in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content of the platform — including text, design, logos, software and interfaces — is the property of Immigration Portal Portugal and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use of any content without prior written authorization is expressly prohibited.

9. Data Protection

The processing of users' personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at portalimigracao.pt/privacidade, drawn up in accordance with GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679). By accepting these Terms, the user confirms having read and understood the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be notified by email and published on this page at least 15 days in advance, except where required by law. Continued use of the service after the entry into force of the changes implies acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by Portuguese law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first seek an amicable resolution. Failing that, the competent court shall be the one of the user's domicile (consumer's forum), under Art. 110 of the Portuguese Code of Civil Procedure.
